Thank god winter break has given me more time in the kitchen. This way I can find great healthy snacks that don't involve the usual chips, popcorn, ice- cream, chocolate, cookies, etc...

AND I actually got to spend two hours at the gym working on my modelesque physique... Somehow every time after a gym session, my appetite reduces and I have the great tendency to eat healthily (which doesn't come very often)! So I took the opportunity to create a tofu snack that was inspired by I AM A FOOD BLOG.
